LifeSite Featured in New Program Benefiting Life Insurance Customers While Living
August 16, 2018 (MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA) – LifeSite announces its partnership with Haven Life Insurance Agency (Haven Life) to offer its collaborative digital safe deposit box as part of Haven Life Plus – a new offering benefitting life insurance customers while they are still living. LifeSite will address their need for a better, safer way to organize important documents.
“Haven Life is a leading innovator in the life insurance industry that shares a mission to create technology that makes it easier to help us take care of the people we love most,” said Chris Wong, LifeSite CEO and Co-founder. “This is a unique strategic partnership for us, and we are excited to help Haven Life customers organize, manage and share all of life’s most important information and documents.”
Haven Life Plus is a new rider added to the Haven Term policy, which is issued by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), that gives policyholders access to benefits and services to help them live healthier, fuller and more protected lives. LifeSite is one of a suite of services unveiled today.
“LifeSite is such a natural fit for Haven Life because it makes life less hard on a daily basis,” said Yaron Ben-Zvi, Haven Life CEO and Co-founder. “Having an organized, digital location to share critical documents and accounts is invaluable for the modern, busy family.”
With dozens of preorganized categories, LifeSite guides users and collaborators to save information where it makes sense, and the intuitive structure makes information retrieval fast. LifeSite is securely accessible with whatever device people are most comfortable using, whether a laptop, tablet, phone, or even an Amazon Alexa-enabled device. Users can also “point and shoot” to quickly scan and upload documents like medical prescriptions and insurance cards on-the-go with the mobile app.
“LifeSite was created to facilitate everyday personal information sharing among loved ones, as well as provide peace of mind for our own families,” said Wong.
“To date, we’ve been able to deliver on an innovative way to protect your loved ones when you’re gone. Now, we’re turning our focus to how we can also enhance the lives of customers while they’re living,” said Ben-Zvi.
In July 2018, Haven Life conducted original research1 and found that 88% of adults store important documents in a file cabinet, folder or not at all, and 37% of married couples have no idea how to access their partner/spouse’s important email, financial or social accounts if they suddenly passed away. Nearly 70% of adults surveyed admit they could benefit from a better, more organized way to store and share important documents.
Additional services included in the Haven Life Plus offering are an online will, an at-home DNA test and health report, and an in-store health clinic offering. To learn more about the services offered through Haven Life Plus, visit havenlife.com/plus.
